OMA Studio Group

The OMA Studio Group provides 479,000+ sq ft of high specification sound stages and ancillary support space to the Film & TV industry across our two campuses: OMA One & OMA X in Enfield, London and OMA V in Radlett, Hertfordshire.

Established in 2020, OMA One is Location Collective’s first studio site.

OMA One offers 4 fully soundproofed, high specification stages totalling 87,500 sqft, 18,965 sqft of workshop and store space, and 12,500 sqft of production office space. The site’s external footprint includes 95 parking bays and 62,000 sqft of secure yard space. The site covers 6.5 acres in total.

The 4 sound stages at OMA One range in size from 16,500 sqft to 29,000 sqft, with minimum working height clearances across the stages of 29-35 ft.

OMA One is conveniently located in Enfield, North London, within 5 minutes’ drive of the M25. Waltham Cross train station is within walking distance. Journey time from central London is 25 minutes, with regular, direct trains from London Liverpool Street station.

Established in 2020, OMA X is the largest single site within the OMA Studio Group and the biggest film studio inside London. 

OMA X offers 6 fully soundproofed, high specification stages totalling 154,500 sqft, 31,500 sqft of multi-purpose support space and up to 27,000 sqft of production offices. The site’s external footprint includes 207 parking bays in total and 94,000 sqft of secure yard space. The site covers 10 acres in total.

The 6 sound stages at OMA X range in size from 16,530 sqft to 41,106 sqft, with working height clearances across the stages of 44.5 ft.

OMA X is conveniently located in Enfield, North London, within 5 minutes’ drive of the M25. Waltham Cross train station is within walking distance. Journey time from central London is 25 minutes, with regular, direct trains from London Liverpool Street station.

OMA V Film Studios is an 111,000 sq ft site, located in a prime position between Elstree and St Albans in Radlett, Hertfordshire.

Following a high-specification refurbishment, OMA V is our third film studio and the fifth site in the OMA Studio Group.

The facility has been designed to perfectly accommodate a single production looking for a fully contained and controllable film studio solution, offering high specification sound stages (fully soundproofed to NR25), a range of support space and a large provision of parking, all within a five-acre plot.

OMA V offers:

·       A 32,500 sq ft stage
·       Two smaller 16,200 sq ft stages
·       16,800 sq ft of ancillary production space
·       18,800 sq ft of offices

Studio Management, Operational Support and Facilities Management at OMA V Film Studios will be provided by our own In-House Team, with a proven track record of excellent service across our existing OMA Studio Group portfolio.
