BRE Testing Complex

BRE is a multi-purpose production site offering an expansive and versatile space for every production need.

For small set builds and construction projects, BRE offers a 5,000 sqft  (464 sqm) workshop with 13amp, 3-phase power supply which enables this well-equipped workshop area to facilitate efficient set construction or flexible prop storage on-site.

The site has 12,000 sqft  (1,115 sqm) of support space with a variety of flexible ancillary areas for production office use as well as art and costume departments. The spaces are fully equipped with basic utilities and furniture.

Adjacent to the offices is a 2,300 sqft (214 sqm) prop store, providing a dedicated support space for both prop and costume storage.

This self-contained site offers 24/7 access and dedicated security measures. Ample onsite parking is available, providing both crew and unit base parking and it is conveniently located within 3 miles of Leavesden and 18 miles of Pinewood Studios.
