During our four-year working relationship with Landsec we have been proud to manage a vast range of assets across their portfolio, from high-spec central London office buildings (like 80 & 100 Victoria Street) and shopping centres (like O2 Finchley and Lewisham Shopping Centre), to iconic landmarks (like Sky Garden) and multi-million pound residential penthouses (like the Nova penthouses in Victoria). Each has come with its own unique filming opportunities and challenges, and each with its own on-site Landsec team.






Location Collective work hand in hand with Landsec to create a tailored filming plan for each asset in the portfolio and to set revenue targets across the board. Each asset dictates the nature of production we focus on to secure hires. Some (like New Street Square or Sky Garden) have the scale and presence to attract big features and high-end TV drama, with others (such as the roof at One New Change) attracting a high volume of stills and commercial shoots. We never have fewer than two Account Managers allocated to the portfolio, ensuring that each asset gets the time and attention it deserves.

Over the course of our relationship to date we have secured over £700k+ in revenue with higher profile hires including those from Tomb Raider, Bodyguard, Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation, Mr Selfridge, Brothers In Arms, Lucky Man, Press, Four Weddings and a Funeral, Wagstaffe, Alex Rider, Killing Eve, How to Build a Girl and Silent Witness.
