Welcome to London’s ‘Most Wanted’ production bases. The Collective is excited to present to the television and film industry our seven key production one-stop-shop sites in and around the M25.

We pride ourselves on identifying properties that not only work as interesting, unique and divese filming locations in themselves, but that also provide more for the whole production.

All of our ‘Magnificent Seven’ contain the core key criteria for a production base:

• Large area for set build space
• Production offices
• Lots of parking
• Power
• Inside the M25 or just a stone’s throw from it (West / North West)

Tried, tested and on budget!!!

All of these bases are a cost-effective alternative to the conventional studio hire and so should always be considered - not overlooked - when budgeting for a production in the current economic climate.

Many of the ‘Magnificent Seven’ have already been road-tested, with Ram Brewery and Runnymede Campus in particular housing a number of productions between them over the past eighteen months. All production base hires so far at these sites have taken place without any significant hitches, with at least two of the producers requesting a return to the sites for their future projects.

Moreover, and something which is extremely important; is our highly committed and experienced team. When dealing with the administration and management of production base hires we are keen to offer advice, guidance and we readily adopt a ‘hands-on’ approach for every enquiry we receive from the initial call through to reinstatement.

Almost all of the office spaces are in a usable condition. But, as some of these sites are brand new to the industry, if you are indeed the first production to go into a more unkempt space we will ensure you are not left out of pocket when getting the area ‘up to scratch’ for occupancy.

Finally, in addition to possessing the key attributes required for production base hire, five of the seven are sites that offer much more. Ram, Runnymede, Chalfont Campus, St. David’s School and Langleybury all contain a vast array of potential filming locations ranging from industrial heritage through to institutional blank canvases. From faded grandeur to Hogwart’s style grounds, we even do apocalyptical!

If it is solely set build and office you are seeking then we have options East and West. HDS Studios has four sound-proof stages ranging between 5,500sqft and 9,500sqft with 20ft height clearance with enough offices to support three productions at any one time.

Team International in Hackney, is our ‘grand fromage’. The warehouse has 30ft height clearance and is 67,000sqft in size with a HUGE pillarless footprint of 46,000sqft; not far off the BOND STAGE AT PINEWOOD and big enough for anything you can throw at it!
